What May Happen
Action
Excessive Accidents (more than five a day)
We trust that when booking standard boarding, your dog is house-trained. In the event of excessive accidents indicating otherwise, additional charges may apply, or arrangements for immediate pick-up of your dog will be necessary.
Charge: $25/Night
Destructive Behavior of furniture or carpet
We kindly ask that you inform us of any destructive behavior when booking standard boarding. Failure to communicate this information may result in charges for damages incurred due to your dog’s behavior, or you may be required to arrange for immediate pick-up of your pet.
Charge: $100/Instance
Pet experiences heat cycle
We acknowledge that not all dogs are spayed and may undergo heat cycles. As responsible pet owners, it’s crucial to monitor our pets’ cycles. Therefore, we kindly request that you inform us in advance if your dog or puppy is expected to experience a heat cycle during their stay with us.
Charge: $25/Night
Pick up after Midnight
We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen, and plans may shift unexpectedly. However, we kindly request that you adhere to the pre-arranged pick-up time for your dog. Should you anticipate arriving later than 10pm, an additional charge will be applied for the extended service.

Failure to pick up on scheduled departure day
In the event that your pet is not picked up on the scheduled departure day and no communication regarding an extension is received, an additional overnight stay charge will be applied, or arrangements for immediate pick-up must be made.
Charge: 200% Nightly Rate
Not enough kibble provided
We offer standard kibble for your pet’s meals. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any instances of diarrhea or allergies experienced by your dog.
Dog is extremely aggressive to humans or Dogs
If your dog displays aggression or attacks/bites a human or another dog, we will kindly ask you to find alternative accommodation for your pet. In such cases, we will refund you for the unused days of your pet’s stay, as aggressive behavior is unacceptable during boarding.
Event of a dog bolting away
It is the owner’s responsibility to inform us if this behavior is common for their dog, we are committed to doing everything in our power to ensure the safe return of any pet that escapes our care. In the event of a dog bolting away, we will promptly notify the owner and take immediate action to locate and safely retrieve the dog.
Note: If your dog experiences this behavior: We recommend to all owners attaching an Airtag to the collar, using secure collars, harnesses & leashes
Unexpected Visitor
We adhere to strict protocols: No dog will be released without scheduled pick-up or owner’s consent. Please understand that we cannot accommodate unscheduled visits and immediate service requests.
Significant Health Issue of Pet
In the event of a significant health issue, we will transport the dog to a 24-hour emergency vet, and you will be promptly notified.
