In the event that you cannot adhere to the pre-arranged ending of the Drop -In and no communication regarding an extension is received, an additional overnight stay charge will be applied, or arrangements for immediate termination of Drop-In must be made.

In the event that pets have accidents we completely Understand! There is no extra charge but we do ask to use your cleaning supplies. If no cleaning supplies are found in the home, we will bring a green machine to clean up the mess to the best of our ability.

If your dog displays aggression or attacks/bites a human or another dog, we will kindly ask you to find alternative accommodation for your pet. In such cases, we will refund you for the unused days of your pet’s stay, as aggressive behavior is unacceptable during any of our services.

It is the owner’s responsibility to inform us if this behavior is common for their dog, we are committed to doing everything in our power to ensure the safe return of any pet that escapes our care. In the event of a dog bolting away, we will promptly notify the owner and take immediate action to locate and safely retrieve the dog.

Note: If your dog experiences this behavior: We recommend to all owners attaching an Airtag to the collar, using secure collars, harnesses & leashes

We adhere to strict protocols: No dog or home will be released without pre-arranged ending of the house sitting or owner’s consent. Please understand that we cannot accommodate unscheduled visits and immediate service requests.

In the event of a significant health issue, we will transport the dog to a 24-hour emergency vet, and you will be promptly notified. House sitting locations do vary so your pet may a transported to a closer Emergency Vet.
